Lost or Broken Cards

If you lose your card, deactivate it via the Manage Your Account section of this website or call the One Card Office at 486-3129. If you find it, you can reactivate it on the website or in person at the One Card Office. Any meals or cash lost are not refundable, so make sure to deactivate your lost card immediately.

Lost or abused cards (including hole punched cards) will incur a charge of $15, which can be paid for with cash, check, or HUSKY Bucks. Be sure to ask if your card has been turned in. If your card breaks through natural wear and tear, bring it to the One Card Office for a free replacement. Do not throw out the broken card. All pieces of the broken ID are required to get a new ID free of charge.
